Cornerstone Church Media Director

Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Media Director to join our dynamic church team. The Media Director will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that aligns with our church's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of video production techniques, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Responsibilities:
Video Production:
Conceptualize and develop creative video content that communicates the church's message and engages the congregation.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of video production, including shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
Live Streaming:
Manage and operate live streaming equipment for church services and events.
Ensure high-quality streaming and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during live broadcasts.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the worship team, pastors, and other staff members to plan and execute video projects.
Provide creative direction and guidance to videographers, editors, and other team members.
Equipment Management:
Maintain and oversee the church's video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Research and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance video production quality.
Post-Production:
Edit and finalize video projects using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Add graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of the videos.
Content Distribution:
Manage and update the church's video library, website, podcasts, and social media platforms with new video content.
Optimize video content for various platforms and ensure it reaches the intended audience effectively.
Qualifications:
Experience in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Experience in video production, with a portfolio of previous work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.
Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
Experience with live streaming platforms and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create basic graphics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about storytelling and creating impactful content that resonates with the audience.
