What Is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them at Cornerstone — from greeting guests on Sunday to running sound, to serving in Cornerstone Kids.

Why Serve?
Serving isn’t just about filling a need on Sunday morning — it’s one of the fastest ways to grow closer to God and closer to community. When you serve alongside other people who love Jesus, you build real friendships, discover gifts you didn’t know you had, and get a front-row seat to what God is doing at Cornerstone every single week.

Where Can I Serve?
Cornerstone has a team for almost every gift. A few places to start:
First Impressions
Guest services: be the first friendly face a guest sees — greeting, parking, and helping people feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Catalyst & Kids
Help kids from birth through 5th grade — and students in 6th–12th grade through Catalyst — discover and develop a passion for God in a safe, fun environment.
Cornerstone KidsWorship & Production
Serve behind the scenes or on stage with Ovation Worship, tech, media, or the creative arts team.
Ovation WorshipConnect Groups & Next Steps
Help lead a Connect Group or walk alongside new guests as they take their next step at Cornerstone.
Connect GroupsHow Do I Join?
Your first step is our Next Steps Class, held the 2nd Sunday of every month at 11:10 AM in the Community Room. It’s where we’ll help you find the team that fits your gifts.
