This wristband means
Ephesians 4:32.
“Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.”
Ephesians 4:32
That verse is why hundreds of us are out across Midwest City today instead of sitting in a normal Sunday service — not to check a box, but because the kindness God showed us through Jesus was never meant to stay inside our walls.
Every yard mowed, every meal served, every neighbor blessed today is one small echo of a much bigger truth: God was kind to us long before we ever earned it. Others Day is Cornerstone Church living that out, on purpose, together.
Keep this wristband as your own reminder — or pass it along to someone who needs to hear that they’re loved today. And if you’re curious about the church behind it, here’s a little more about who we are.

What we’re about
Community
Grow Closer Through Community
One of the ways God designed us to live is to have people in our lives to help us in the journey. Cornerstone offers small groups, called Connect Groups, which provide a practical and enjoyable way to find that kind of life-changing community. Our ministry teams also allow us to be part of a “tribe” of individuals who are making an eternal difference in our local church.
Discipleship
Grow Deeper Through Discipleship
God wants to know us personally. More than just practicing religion, He wants a relationship with us. Find out how you can develop your relationship with God at Cornerstone Church.
Outreach
Taking Jesus to Others
As a church, we never want to become just a social club but rather a life-giving organism that is impacting both our local community and our world. Cornerstone accomplishes this through local outreach opportunities — like today — as well as other ministries that we help to support.
Encounter
Creating God Moments
The most important thing we can provide is an opportunity for you to have an encounter with God. We strive to create opportunities in our services and teams for you to experience His life-changing power and presence.
A Look Inside
This is Cornerstone
Lead Pastor
Ron McKey
Pastor Ron leads Cornerstone Church with a heart for seeing people find real, life-changing community with God — and for putting that love into action right here in Midwest City. We’d love for you to meet him this Sunday.
Good Questions
What to expect Sunday
What can I expect from a Sunday morning?
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces and offered complimentary coffee and donuts at “Jehovah Java.” Services run about an hour: 15–20 minutes of worship led by our team, Ovation Worship, followed by a message of hope from the Word of God brought by one of our pastors.
What about my kids?
Cornerstone Kids is offered at every service for ages infant through grade 5, with a detailed check-in process to keep your kids safe. Pre-register your children here to make your first visit easier — you’ll still check in each time, but pre-registering saves time at the door.
What about my teenager?
Grades 6+ are part of Catalyst Student Ministries, meeting Wednesdays at 6:30 PM at our Catalyst building. On Sunday mornings, students worship together with everyone in our main services. Learn more about Catalyst.
What happens after my first visit?
We’ll invite you to our Next Steps Class, a short course to help you find your next step at Cornerstone. Learn more about Next Steps.
